Tuition Payment Schedule

2011 Tuition Fees:

(Effective January 1, 2011 all Tuition will be required on a Monthly basis)

Registration Fee: $30.00 +1 month tuition

Full time Students: $450.00 per month

Pre-Planned Part_Time Students: $25.00 per day

Annual Academy Supply fee: $25.00

After-School Students: $10.00 per hour

Tuition is due on scheduled dates by 6:30PM.

Late payment fee is applied daily at $10.00 per day.
This is strictly enforced.

Pick up $1.00 late fee for every minute late after 6:30 PM until 8:30 PM.

Early drop off before 7:30 AM will require a $10 per day fee.

After 8:30 PM, Overnight fee ($50.00) plus Normal late fee applies. ($119 + $50.00).

At 6:45 PM, Emergency contacts will be notified.
If parent or emergency contact does not arrive and no contact has been made by 8:30PM – CPD will be notified.

Absence Policy:

TUITION IS A YEARLY FEE THAT CAN BE PAID MONTHLY. There are no prorated periods for absences or vacation periods.

If child is absent due to illness, vacation, family issue, etc.  full tuition is due to hold place in school.
No prorated tuition agreements will be honored.
The child will not be admitted back unless tuition is paid in full.

When tuition is paid Monthly, Quarterly, Semi- Annually the dues dates are below.
